Seeking Inspiration and Found!!- but not by the inspiration that I had in mind!

Why This Website (Blog)?

Hi there! Fairly recently retired, I (Greg) am using this website to experiment with using a blog to journal for myself and, hopefully, to connect with friends and family. Since it is an experiment, the site/blog will be changed from time to time as my circumstances change or as my enthusiasm for the project waxes and wanes.

The website was originally created in early 2024 to document trips to Spain and Portugal with family. I am activating the site again and have modified it in conjunction with my October, 2026 walk on the El Camino.

I hope to journal not only about events but also about any non-physcial experience (crazy thoughts etc.). You will also see that I have included in the site some of the pre-trip research that I found interesting in case that is of interest to viewers also.

Some Notes on the Site

• Each day I will try to indicate on the home page (Greg’s New Leaf) what entries are new so that viewers can easily find the latest entries.
• The site is not set up so that it allows for comments from visitors or replies from me. However, I am happy to receive greetings, comments, criticisms and/or suggestions (as long as they are reasonably constructive or witty). They can be sent to senioreditor@77tozero.ca.
• The PP tab contains private or personal information and/or photos so a password is required to access it.
