We took our time in Porto before leaving, having coffee and bit to eat before leaving about noon. The traffic in Porto was slow and tricky but, with his trusty phone, Jesse did a good job of getting us out of the city. With a couple of stops, we arrived safely in Lisbon and settled into our Air B & B. I expect that, after eating, we will do some re- packing as we will need to be at the airport early. it will be a long day tomorrow with two flights before we get to Seattle.
One of our stops today was at Nazare where they have the biggest waves in the world. It is a very pretty little town and the surf was something to see.
The drive was uneventful but we had an opportunity to see some a different geography than we had seen before.
